Position: Guest Service Agent I

Availability Update: Hours for this role will fall between 2pm-2am. Must have open availability within those hours all days of the week.

Job Description:  Provide amazing customer service to guests by handling inbound concerns and inquiries via phone, chat or email in a friendly and professional manner. You will be assisting guests with their movie rewards program, theater tickets and addressing any concerns about their theater experience. Ultimately, you will be the one stop shop to guest satisfaction and resolution turning moviegoer woes into exceptional experiences!

Skills and Abilities:

  • At least one year of continuous work experience at one employer in customer service or related field is required (ie. call center, restaurant, retail, hospitality, healthcare)
  • Availability to work anytime between the hours of 2pm-2am all days of the week is required. You will be scheduled to work five 8.5hr shifts with two days off which may rotate
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in confrontational situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt style when conversing across multiple channels (i.e phone, chat, email)
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Ability to quickly retain knowledge regarding new programs, policies and promotions
  • Attention to detail when recording and categorizing guest concerns
